    Hi,

For the past few days I've noticed that when I go to refresh our table it either takes very long to load updates or will not load at all. Is something wrong?

I also just noticed the last posted update is April 10. What does this mean?

    Hi RADE,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Based on the information available, Jotform Tables has a Revision History feature that lets you view changes made to your table, including data, settings, and visual modifications. The knowledge base also notes that the Restore feature is currently unavailable, so you can view revision history but cannot restore to an older version.

To view Revision History in Jotform Tables:

    1. Click the circular arrow icon at the top of the page to open the Revision History menu.
    2. Review the versions listed in the menu on the left side.
    3. Select the version you want to view.

The knowledge base does not include information explaining why the last posted update is April 10 or why the table is loading slowly or not loading at all.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Cichuttek,

We haven't received widespread reports of downtime for Jotform Tables recently. To help us narrow this down, could you try clearing your browser's cache or accessing the submissions table in an Incognito window? If the issue persists, let us know, and we’ll do some more testing to see what’s going on.

As for the Last Updated date at the top, that timestamp refers to the last time a change was made to the table's structure or when a new submission was successfully synced.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
