Form Workspace: Form Appearing Faded Without Being in Draft, Trash, or Archive

    I understand what it means but I can't figure out why. It is not in draft, trash, or archive.

    Based on the information available, a faded form in Workspace can indicate that the form is in Archive. Archived forms are shown grayed out in Workspace, and they remain visible there even though they are not in Draft, Trash, or Archive folders in the way you may expect.

    Here’s how to check it:

    1. Open your Workspace page.
    2. Click on Filter at the top and select Forms only.
    3. Check the Archive tab on the left side of the Workspace page.
    4. Hover over the faded form and click More, then choose Unarchive if it is archived.

    If you are trying to restore changes made to the form itself, you can also use Revision History from Form Builder by clicking the green circular arrow icon under the form title and selecting a revision to revert to.

    If the form is still faded after that, the knowledge base does not provide another confirmed reason for it.

    Also, can you still interact with that form, i.e. open it and make changes, or is it something that you cannot interact with?
