Podo: Support SpecialistHi Judical,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Based on the information available, a faded form in Workspace can indicate that the form is in Archive. Archived forms are shown grayed out in Workspace, and they remain visible there even though they are not in Draft, Trash, or Archive folders in the way you may expect.
Here’s how to check it:
- Open your Workspace page.
- Click on Filter at the top and select Forms only.
- Check the Archive tab on the left side of the Workspace page.
- Hover over the faded form and click More, then choose Unarchive if it is archived.
If you are trying to restore changes made to the form itself, you can also use Revision History from Form Builder by clicking the green circular arrow icon under the form title and selecting a revision to revert to.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Judical,
Let me help you with that.
If the form is not in Draft, Trash, or Archive, and it is still showing faded in Workspace, the knowledge base does not provide another confirmed reason for that appearance.
I don't know this information and our support team will handle your request.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

BrandonHi Judical Outreach,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. If the solution provided does not work, let us know and we can look into it further.
Also, can you still interact with that form, i.e. open it and make changes, or is it something that you cannot interact with?
