Product List Settings: Price updates not reflecting on main form page

    Hi there,

    The form titled "Clone of uniform order 2025" I am trying to update pricing on items. The price is updated in the "product list settings" but is not reflecting on the main page; it reverts to the old pricing. The only items that successfully updated are at the bottom of the form. See below. Can you help me with this?

    Hi OCWDSTAFF,

    I checked your form and you have enabled Special Pricing Option for the products. With Special Pricing Option, the default pricing will be based on the minimum pricing available instead of the basic pricing you set. It's really easy to update. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select your Product List and click the Shopping Cart icon.
    2. Hover your mouse over the product and select the Pencil icon.
    3. Go to Options tab and click the Pencil icon on the option with Special Pricing Enabled.
    4. Now, you can update the pricing.
