Wondering if it might be possible to jump on a call with someone tomorrow to edit a workflow on one of our forms? We need help with branching and conditions.

    Hi Charles,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can edit an existing workflow in Jotform, and the knowledge base includes steps for accessing it from either Workflows or Form Builder.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open your Workspace page and click on Type at the top.
    2. Uncheck all asset types except Workflows, then select the workflow you want to update.
    3. Hover over the workflow and click on the Edit button to open it in Workflow Builder.

You can also open it from Form Builder:

    1. Click the downward arrow icon next to the Jotform logo at the top left of the page.
    2. Select Workflow Builder from the menu.
    3. Or go to Form Builder Settings, open the Workflows tab, and click the Pencil icon next to the workflow.

The knowledge base also says the Conditional Branch element lets you direct your workflow to the number of conditions or branches you define. To use it, add a Conditional Branch element in Workflow Builder, open its gear icon, add and configure your branches, then save them.

If you want, I can also help with the branching and conditions steps in more detail here in the thread.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
