    Hello,

We are needing to reset our email and password to our business account, however, it says we need 2 factor authentication but we can no longer access that email account. We need to please change the account email to supplies@arc-spokane.org.

    Please contact me at supplies@arc-spokane.org.

    Thank you!

Hi Lauren, thanks for reaching out and for the details.

Since you no longer have access to the email account that’s receiving the 2FA/verification emails, we’ll need to go through the account recovery process first before the email on the account can be changed.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Go to the Jotform login page and try logging in with your current username/email and password.
    • When prompted for the authentication code, look for an option like “See other methods” or “Can’t access your authentication device” (or similar wording).
    • Follow the prompts to start the account recovery flow.
    • This will guide you into creating a support ticket with our dedicated team, who will then verify ownership of the account and help you regain access.

You can also review this guide for more details on recovering access: Recover Your Jotform Account.

Once you’re back into the account, you (or the account owner) can update the account email to supplies@arc-spokane.org by doing the following:

    • On your Workspace page, click your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top-right corner.
    • In the menu, click on your name to open your Account Page in a new tab.
    • Next to your current email address, click Edit.
    • Enter supplies@arc-spokane.org and click Save.
    • If verification is required, confirm via the current email (if still accessible) and then verify the new email.

Because I can’t contact you directly by email from here or change the email on your behalf, the recovery and change need to be done by following the steps above.

If you can share the current Jotform username or email (without any passwords), I can also point you to the exact next step more precisely.
