To whom it may concern. I am not sure what I did. I have three invoices now (only 1 is charging me) but I am trying to do an annual payment at the non profit rate. Can someone please help me, what is my card going to be charged, and at what rate?

It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- In the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.

Your subscription can be set to either a monthly or yearly billing period, and it renews automatically each month or each year unless you cancel.
For a recurring subscription, the charge depends on the subscription settings in your account and the payment method connected to it. The billing page is where you can check the amount being charged and when the next payment is due.

I see that you were charged $774.00 for an annual Gold plan on April 8th. Your account is now succesfully on the Gold plan.

Yes, you do have a non-profit discount enabled on your account, and the latest invoice does include it. You can easily check your invoices from your account. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.
