    Hi Crystal,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

I found information about email delivery and account recovery, but I do not have any knowledge base details that explain why an account email would say it is disabled while the account still appears to work.

The available information says you can check whether your email is on the bounce list in Account Settings, and it also includes a guide for recovering your Jotform account if you have lost access.

    • Check Account Settings and make sure your account email is not on the bounce list.
    • Review email logs in your account history if you are trying to understand email delivery status.
    • Use the account recovery guide if you have lost access to your email or account.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Crystal,

I checked your account and found that you've reached your Upload Space limit. When you've reached your Upload Space, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up your storage. You can delete and purge submissions to free up space on your account in just a few steps. Let me first show you how to delete a submission:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select the submission you want to delete.
    2. Next, click on Delete at the top right side of the Tables page
    3. Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Move to Trash

Before deleting, make sure to download the submission first so you have a backup copy. Deleting submissions won’t free up space on your account, and they can be recovered within 30 days. After 30 days, they will be permanently removed. To free up space on your account, you can purge the submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. Then, click on Trashed Entries.
    3. Next, in the window that opens on the right side of the page, select the submission you want to delete, and then click on Delete Forever.
    4. Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Delete.

If your account upload limit is still showing as over the limit, it is also recommended to clear the form cache after purging the data.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
