Why is this showing as an accessibility issue?

The image speaks for itself. Please Select is in the Options tab for the Empty Option.

This is true for all of the forms that I've turned on the Accessibility toggle for.

Looks like there's a temporary issue with the field. You can easily disable it and enable it again to resolve this. Let me show you how:

1. From Form Builder, select the dropdown field by clicking on it.
2. Click the Gear icon next to it.
3. From the Dropdown properties panel, open Options tab.
4. Disable Show Text in Empty Option and enable it right away.
