Hello there, I created the Jotform "Ti è mai capitato di sentirti così?", and I need to translate it in English.

Unfortunately the translation feature is not working properly, it only allows me to translate the welcome card, no other cards questions (only the answers).

I would really like not to have 2 jotforms, one per language, if I can avoid so.

I here attach a picture of what the english language setting shows me, I am unable to translate the questions this way and I can't figure out why. Thanks.

    Hi Emanuele,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your issue with the translation feature in your form "Ti è mai capitato di sentirti così?", it appears that Jotform's translation feature allows translating the welcome card and answer options but does not support translating all widgets or question fields directly in the additional language settings.

Here’s how the translation feature generally works in Jotform:

    • In Form Builder, go to Settings.
    • Under Form Settings, click Show More Options.
    • Click Edit next to Form Languages to add your desired language.
    • Under the Translations section, you can translate the fields that support translation, but some widgets or question types might not be fully translatable.

Unfortunately, some question fields or widgets might not be translatable through this feature, which is why you see only the welcome card and answers being translatable but not the questions themselves.

If you want to avoid creating two separate forms for different languages, you can try to manually add the translated questions as separate fields or use conditional logic to show/hide fields based on language selection, but this requires additional setup.

If you want, I can provide detailed steps or alternatives to handle multilingual forms effectively.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
