I have two registrations for an upcoming golf tournament sponsorship that have not gone through. They are getting error messages but have pending charges. One is for $2000 and one is for $300. I have nothing coming through on my end.

• Is the form registration form embedded on another website? If so, please provide the website URL for review
• What is the error that message the users have encountered?
• Have the payments been received through Square, but are missing from your submission table? If so, you can check your table for incomplete payments
• Is the error reproducible? If so, can you send a screenshot of your browser console log where you're experiencing the error? This helps us see any errors or messages that might be causing this behavior. This guide will show you how to do that.
