Completed sign documents are not sent over to my email

    I’m not able to update your email settings directly, but I can help you fix why your customers’ signed submissions aren’t reaching your inbox.

    Please first confirm a couple of things so I can guide you step by step:

    • Which form are you referring to (form name or link)?
    • Is the correct recipient email set as shay.rygo@gmail.com in your form’s Notification Email settings?

    In the meantime, here’s what you can check on your side:

    • Make sure the recipient email is typed correctly in Settings > Emails > Notification > Recipients.
    • Check your Spam/Junk folder for missed emails.
    • Go to your Account Settings and confirm your email is not on the bounce list.

    Reply with your form link or name and I’ll walk you through the exact steps to get your notification emails working again.

    Thanks for the details, and I’m sorry that the emails suddenly stopped.

    I’m not able to change your email from here, but we can quickly check the most common causes:

    1. Please confirm this first:
    • Are you using Gmail for this address (shay.rygo@gmail.com)?
    • Are none of the form emails arriving (including in Spam), or did they stop only recently?
    1. Check if your email is on Jotform’s bounce list:
    • Go to your Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
    • Click Settings to open your Account Settings page.
    • In the Bounce List section on the right, click Check.
    • If your email shows there, click Remove From Bounce List.

    1. If you confirm you’re using Gmail and emails are going to Spam, you can create a filter so Jotform emails always go to Inbox:
    • Log in to Gmail and click the gear icon (top-right).
    • Click See all settings.
    • Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses and click Create a new filter.
    • In the From field, enter noreply@jotform.com, then click Create filter.
    • Turn on Never send it to Spam and Also apply filter to matching conversations.
    • Click Create filter to save.
    • Repeat the same steps for noreply@formresponse.com.

    If you can, also send me:

    • The form link you’re using, and
    • Confirm whether this happens on real submissions or only when you click any “Test” button in the form’s email settings.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked our logs and I don't see any recent sign emails sent to your email address. I checked your account and it looks like you have created several Sign Documents. Can you share with us the link of the sign document having the issue? I checked the most recent edited sign document in your account, and notification preference is set up correctly.

    Can you check your spam or trash folder? Also, I'd suggest adding noreply@jotformsign.com to your contact list to ensure sign emails aren't tagged as spam or blocked.

    This link and some of the previous , are signed by customers . They get it
    to their email. I get to see it on the website. But I don't receive it on
    the email after the sign.

    Hi shayrygo,

    Your email shay.rygo@gmail.com was not in our bounce list and the notification preference of your sign document is set up correctly, so you should be receiving the completed sign document on your email. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
