Podo: Support SpecialistHi Perry,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
It's possible to have different forms each sending notifications to different email addresses. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Emails.
3. Select the Notification Email you want to edit or add a new Notification Email for that form.
4. Go to the Recipients tab and enter the email address where you want to receive submissions for that specific form.
5. Click Save Email.
If you want to send notifications to different email addresses based on form responses, you can also use Conditions:
1. Under Settings, click Conditions on the left menu.
2. Choose Change Email Recipient and set conditions to send emails to different addresses depending on answers.
This way, each form can have its own unique notification email recipients.
For more details, you can check our guides on Setting Up Email Notifications and How to Send Emails Based on a User's Answer.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
