Account Management: How to Merge and Migrate Forms Between Jotform Accounts in the Same Domain

Hello,

Currently we have multiple people in the organisation (@kickassproducts.com.au) using Jotforms.

One account is paid - marketing@kickassproducts.com.au

The others are free.

We want to migrate the forms and tables sitting in the free accounts across to the marketing account. How can we do this?

You can transfer forms from the free accounts to the paid marketing account by using Jotform's form transfer feature. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Data page of the account that currently owns the forms you want to transfer.
2. Click the Transfer Forms button at the bottom of the page to start the transfer process.

4. Select the forms you want to transfer to the marketing account.

The marketing account will then need to accept the transfer request. To accept a form transfer:

Important notes:

• You can transfer up to 15 forms per transfer request.
• A maximum of 20 transfer requests can be created within 60 minutes.
• When you transfer a form, its settings and styles are also transferred.
• Tables connected to forms can be transferred as part of the form transfer.
• Workflows, Apps, AI Agents, and Sign Documents cannot be transferred.
