Jotform Tables: Date of appt not coming up

in my forms where I can look at the list of appts and who is scheduled in those slots. It is not showing me any longer their actual appt times. It lists the date they submitted but not the actual appt slot

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you check if all the columns are set to show? Let me show you how:

1. On your Jotform Tables page, click on Columns & AI at the upper right part of the page.
2. Then, in the menu, click Show All.

Once done, look for the recording date column.
