Email Address Change: Forms Not Working and Access Lost

    Somehow Jotform changed the email address on all of our forms and it shouldn't have changed. Can you please change it back? No one here can access the forms now!

    You can change the email recipient on your forms if it has been changed unintentionally. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, go to the Settings tab in the top orange navigation bar.
    2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side.
    3. Hover over the Autoresponder Email and click Edit.
    4. Go to the Recipients tab, and under Recipient Email, select the correct email field you want to use.

    If you need to change your account email address instead, you can do that through your Account Settings page.

    No, that doesn't work - it's got to be tied to how JotForm updated an email login but it's now all messed up. Can I please talk to a person.

    Hi Rachel,

    Note that we don’t change the email address linked to user accounts, since that kind of change is made by the account owners themselves. I checked the email address you used to contact us and found that it's currently linked to a regular Jotform account. You can go ahead and log in using that same email address, and you should be able to access the account and your forms as usual.

    If you run into issues accessing your account, resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
