Form Captcha: Automatic captcha appearing and blocking field team access

Our Form Denbow Pickup Slips has suddenly started having a automatic captcha on it. I believe that it is because it is getting more traffic. We need this removed immediately as our team in the field cannot get past it and it is causing issues

These automatic triggers are part of Jotform’s built-in anti-spam protection and should return to normal after a while.

If you add a CAPTCHA to your form, the automatic one won’t appear anymore. Let me show you how to add it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the Captcha element to your form.
3. Then, click on the Gear icon next to the Captcha field and select a Captcha Type in the menu on the right.

I have verified our account. Are we able to turn of the Captcha now? I also want to note that our forms are only used with our employees. They are not published on the web at all.
