If you’re already logged in and want to change your Jotform password:
- Go to your Workspace page.
- Click your Avatar in the top-right corner, then click your name.
- Under the Account tab, click Reset Password and follow the instructions sent to your email.
If you’re not logged in and need to reset your password:
- Go to the Jotform Login page.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your username or email, then click Send Reset Instructions.
- Check your email for the password reset message.
- Click Reset Password in that email.
- Enter your new password, then click Create a New Password.
If you’re running into any specific error (like not receiving the email), tell me what you see and I’ll help you troubleshoot it.
