Podo: Support SpecialistHi Emma, Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me help you with adding options under each party pack and including a note box for additional details on your catering ordering form.
To add options like 1 lb of pork or 1 lb of mac and cheese as add-ons under each package:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List field and then click the Shopping Cart icon on the right side.
- Hover over the product (party pack) you want to add options to and click the Pencil icon to open Product Settings.
- Under the Options tab, click Add next to Add a Quantity Selector to allow customers to select quantities (e.g., 1 lb, 2 lbs).
- Choose how the quantity selector appears on the form (Dropdown or Text Box) and configure settings like label and quantity range, then click Save Quantity.
- Next, click Add next to Add a Product Option to create options like "Pork" or "Mac and Cheese." You can enter these options manually or use presets.
- Toggle Create Sub-Products from Options to On if you want these options to behave as sub-products with their own pricing.
- Click Save to apply changes.
This setup will let your customers add extra items with quantities to their selected party pack.
To add an empty note box for customers to add details you haven't listed:
- In Form Builder, click Add Form Element on the left.
- Drag and drop a Long Text Entry field (also called a Text Area) to your form where you want the note box.
- Label it something like "Additional Details" or "Special Instructions."
- You can make this field optional or required depending on your preference.
This will provide a space for customers to enter any extra information you might need.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

emmacarmichaelThank you! I got this one set up how I want, however, I want to be able to add pricing to the add ons. I.E. Where it says +1 lb pulled pork i need to add 6.00 to that area and so on for each add on. how do i add pricing for each of those options

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Emma,
You can add pricing to each add-on option in your Product List field. Let me help you with that:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Product List field.
- Click the Shopping Cart icon on the right side of the field.
- Hover over the add-on option (like +1 lb pulled pork) you want to add a price to, then click the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Under the Price section, enter the price you want to charge (e.g., 6.00), then click Save.
This will display the price next to each add-on option on your form.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

emmacarmichaelI have a pack on my form that is the same exact thing but you can either pick pulled pork or pulled chicken for the meat. is there a way i can combine these two products into the same product on the menu but have a box for them to select pulled pork or pulled chicken for the meat? they are the same price

emmacarmichaelis there a way to add a multiple choice box inside a product listing on my menu... i.e. chicken or pork

Adrian Besilla JotForm SupportHi Emma,
It seems that you cannot add a separate multiple-choice field directly inside the Product List item. Instead, you may use the Options feature within the Product List to include choices such as Chicken or Pork, and even assign different prices if needed.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
