Account Setup: How to Convert to Non-Profit for Discount Pricing

Hello,

I need to setup my account as non-profit to utilize non-profit pricing. Please share how I can do so. I can only edit in the mobile app

We offer discounts for non-profit organizations. To set up your Jotform account with non-profit pricing, you’ll need to submit a short application through our website (this part can’t be done from the mobile app alone):

• Open a browser on your phone or computer and log in to your Jotform account.
• Go to this page: Apply for non-profit discount.
• Click the Apply button on that page.
• Fill out the application form with your organization’s details (name, website, country, and contact info).
• Upload any required proof of non-profit status (for example, your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter or equivalent documentation in your country).
• Submit the application and wait for our team to review and email you the result.

You can still manage and edit your forms in the mobile app, but the non-profit application itself must be done via the browser page above. If you tell me what country you’re in and what kind of non-profit you are (charity, school, association, etc.), I can suggest what documentation is usually accepted.

We offer a 50% discount to Non-profit organizations. You just need to apply for it by filling out this form via this link. Include a copy of your organization's information, such as the site URL and documents that prove your nonprofit status. Also, since you already have the monthly Bronze plan, if you are approved for the non-profit plan, you will have to cancel your Bronze plan and then choose any paid non-profit plan again. 

We will review your application as quickly as possible and get back to you. Though I am unable to provide an estimated time, we typically receive it the same business day. Depending on how many applications we receive on that particular day.
