Account Access: Unable to receive verification email and need to change associated email address

    Hello,

    I am attempting to log into my JotForm account, but I don't have access to the verification email address that was used when the account was created. Is there any way that I can change the email address associated with the account? Thank you!

    Hi Lydia, if you no longer have access to the email address on the account, we’ll first need to help you recover the account before you can change the email.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Go to this guide: Recover Your Jotform Account.
    • On that page, fill out the form with as much detail as possible (old email, possible username, links to your forms, and any other info that proves ownership).
    • Submit the form and our team will review and contact you at the new email you provide there.

    Once you regain access, you can change the account email from your profile settings. If you’re not sure what email or username the account might be under, tell me any form links or URLs you have and I can help you figure out the likely account details.
