    Hi Sofia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Yes, it is possible to create a monthly health and safety inspection form and have it send to multiple email addresses. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, drag and drop a Short Text field to your form.
    3. In the top navigation bar of Form Builder, click on Settings.
    4. Under the Conditions tab, create a Condition to combine (comma separated) the 2 email fields into the Short Text field.
    5. Then, click on the Emails tab above the Conditions tab.
    6. Click on your Autoresponder and set the Recipient as the name of the Short Text field, which contains the combined emails.

This setup allows your form to send notifications to multiple email addresses. You can also hide the Short Text field if you don't want it visible on the form.

If you want, you can test out a demo form and clone it to your account for easier setup.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
