Request for a Copy of Invoice

Can I please get the invoice to support the payment taken on our company credit card in November 26. the payment taken was €468.00 for annual support. The email contact on the account is rtwiss@halocaregroup.com

I can’t access or send invoices directly, but you can download the invoice for that payment from the account’s billing page.

Here’s how to get your invoice:

• Go to your Jotform account that uses the email rtwiss@halocaregroup.com and log in.
• Open your account’s Settings:
  • On your Workspace page, hover over your profile/avatar at the top-right.
  • Click Settings from the menu.
• Go to the Billing tab (or Upgrade tab if the account is on the Starter/Free plan).
• Scroll to the Invoices section.
• Find the invoice for €468.00 around 26 November.
• Click the Download icon next to that invoice to save the PDF.

If you’d like, tell me the last 4 digits of the card and the exact date you see on your bank statement, and I can guide you more precisely on which invoice to look for.

4. The expiration date of your card: 
5. The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.): 

If your PayPal account is charged, can you share your PayPal email address?
