When I try to fill out the form, I get a warning that it cannot be completed because the account has reached the storage limits. I have deleted all the data, but the storage is still not freed up. Could you please guide me on what I need to configure in order to enable the form completion again? Thank you very much.

    Hi Jorge,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

When your account reaches its upload storage limit, forms will show an Over Quota error preventing submissions. Even if you delete data, the storage may not immediately update unless you also purge deleted submissions and clear form caches.

Here’s how to free up storage space and enable form submissions again:

    1. Delete uploaded files attached to submissions: Open your Jotform Submission Table, click on the uploaded file, then click the Trash Can icon in the preview window, and confirm deletion.
    2. Delete and purge submissions with uploaded files: Select submissions in the Submission Table, click Delete, confirm Move to Trash, then go to the Trash folder, select the trashed entries, and click Delete Forever to purge them.
    3. Clear your form caches: Sometimes the system doesn't recalculate usage immediately after deletion, so clearing form caches helps update your storage usage.

Also, your current account usage and limits are as follows:

    Submissions1003
    Payments100
    Uploads100.00 MB0.00 B
    Views1,0005
    Forms53
    Total Submissions5000

    AI Sessions10,0000
    AI Phone Call50m0m
    AI Agent SMS2500
    AI Knowledge Base10,000,0000

Since you are on the Free Plan and your usage is well below limits, the storage issue might be related to deleted submissions not being purged or form caches not cleared yet.

Let me show you how to delete and purge submissions and clear caches:

    1. Delete and purge submissions: Go to your Submission Table, select submissions with uploaded files, delete them, then go to the Trash folder, select trashed entries, and delete them forever.
    2. Clear form cache: Follow the guide on how to clear your form cache in Jotform to ensure the system recalculates your storage usage.
