Account Access: Unable to Receive Verification Code via Email

    please urgent - I desperately need access to the account. Please don't tell me to go online and upload stuff, tried before it didn't work, my email account blocks any verification code. Please I need to speak with a human and need help.

    Hi Catherine,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it's active. In our email logs, I don't see any recent verification email. Are you getting an error when trying to log in? If so, can you share a screenshot?

    If there is an issue with your password, you can reset it. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
