Jeric_THi Donazioni_With_Love,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know, and we can have them do that. But it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form, and I see that the month is in Italian as shown below:
If that’s not quite what you’re looking for, can you share a bit more info so I can help you better?
When we hear back from you, we’ll be ready to move forward.

Omryn Jotform SupportHi Donazioni_With_Love,
It's easy to translate your form fields into another language. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Show More Options, scroll down to the Form Languages section, and click on Edit.
3. In the Form Language section, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select English language.
4. In the Translations section, click on Add Language, and select Italian language.
5. Click on Add Language under the Dropdown menu, and translate the fields that haven't been automatically translated into the target language.
6. Under the Data di nascita section, copy the following text and paste it under the field below:
That's it. Once the language of the form is selected as Italian, the months will be displayed in Italian as well.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
