Workflow: Email Text Disappears on The Approval Email When Typed

    I'm trying to make an email that goes out to approval in an approval workflow but when I typed the text disappears. Here is a video of my experience.

    You can easily customize approval outcomes in Approval Request Emails using the Show/Hide Task Actions options. Let me show you how:

    1. In Workflow Builder, click on the Approval Element field, then click on the Gear icon to open Approval Properties.
    2. In Approval Properties on the right side of the page, scroll down and click Edit Email under Notification Emails.
    3. Then, click on the Eye icon, in the window that opens, select the outcomes you prefer, then click on the Save button.

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I assume you deleted that. Can you try to remove the entire Approval element, add it again, and try to edit the email template?
