It's not not letting me delete it as a payment method.
Your stupid AI instructions send me to paypal to turn off integration but it's not there.
Please tell me how I'm supposed to remove this ASAP -

Podo: Support SpecialistYou can’t directly remove a payment method from the Billing page; the only way to have it deleted is to first downgrade, then request removal. Here’s how it works:
- If you’re on a paid plan:
- Go to your account’s Billing page here: Billing on my account.
- Click Change Plan.
- Scroll down and click Downgrade on the Starter (Free) plan.
- Follow the prompts to complete the downgrade.
- Once you’re on the Starter/Free plan:
- The Billing tab will no longer be available; this is expected for free accounts.
- Instead, you’ll see an Upgrade tab where Billing used to be.
- After you’re on the Starter plan, you’ll need to contact us via the Contact Jotform Support page and clearly request that your saved payment method (your personal PayPal) be removed from your account.
