Podo: Support SpecialistYou can absolutely generate a new QR code that points to last year’s form.
If you want a QR code that simply links to that existing form:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Click Publish in the orange bar at the top.
- Under the Share Form section, click QR Code.
- Click the Download button to save your new QR code image.
You can also see more ways to share forms and assets via QR in this guide: Generate QR Code to Share Your Forms/Assets.
If instead you want to create a QR code inside the form (for people to scan from the form itself):
- In Form Builder, click the Add Element menu on the left.
- Go to the Widgets tab.
- Search for QR Code and drag it into your form.
- Configure it as needed and save your form.
- Full setup steps are here: Add Scannable QR Code on Your Form.
If you want users to scan a QR code from within your form (for example, to capture a code from a badge or ticket):
- In Form Builder, open the Add Element panel.
- Go to Widgets.
- Search for QR Code Reader and drag it into your form.
- Adjust the widget settings and save.
- Detailed steps are here: Add QR Code Reader Widget to Your Form.
And if you need a QR code for a website, social media page, or file (like a PDF) instead of a Jotform form, you can use our standalone tool:
- Go to Generate QR Code for URLs, Websites or Files (Doc, PDF etc).
- Paste your URL or upload your file.
- Customize the design and logo if you like.
- Click Generate QR Code, then Download.
If you tell me whether you’re reusing the exact same form link from last year or creating a brand-new form for this year, I can tailor the steps more specifically for you.
