Can’t access documents

    If you are unable to access documents or logout, it might be related to the setting that requires login to view uploaded files. To resolve this, you can disable the "Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files" option in your account settings so that uploaded files can be viewed or downloaded without logging in. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner.
    2. From the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
    3. Click on the Security tab on the left side of the page.
    4. Click on Send Verification Code and enter the code sent to your email to verify your identity.
    5. Once verified, uncheck the box next to Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files.

    This should allow you to access documents without being prompted to log in and also enable you to log out properly.
