We had a similar issue in the past where this address was added to the bounce list on your side and emails started coming through after you removed it from the bounce list. Could you please check to see if this is the case again? We haven't received any jotform email to this mailbox since 03/31. Thanks.

The email address datcpdfslicensing@wisconsin.gov was on the bounce list due to the rejection from the recipient's mail system citing poor domain reputation. I have removed it from the bounce list. Please note that this issue is related to the recipient server rejecting emails based on domain reputation. You might want to inform the recipient to check their mail server settings or reputation filters to ensure delivery. Meanwhile, you can try resending the emails. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:
- You can view your Email Logs to see what's happening with your form emails
- Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains
- If the issue persists, Setting Up a Custom SMTP to use your own email provider as the sender may help
