I am writing here with Google Translate because my English is so bad. I had already contacted you. Someone who used your forms for free sent me this and I accidentally registered with you because I had to fill out the form. Now I am receiving a notification from Norton for over 400 dollars. However, I had asked you to delete my account. I am a retiree and cannot do anything with the forms and do not need the forms either. Please delete my account. Sincerely, C. Kleist

    Hi C. Kleist,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can delete your Jotform account, but please be aware that this will also delete all your forms and data. If you are sure you want to proceed, here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your Account Settings page.

    2. Scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
