I am writing here with Google Translate because my English is so bad. I had already contacted you. Someone who used your forms for free sent me this and I accidentally registered with you because I had to fill out the form. Now I am receiving a notification from Norton for over 400 dollars. However, I had asked you to delete my account. I am a retiree and cannot do anything with the forms and do not need the forms either. Please delete my account. Sincerely, C. Kleist

    Hi C. Kleist,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

If you want to delete your Jotform account, here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right side of the screen.
    2. Click on your Name in the menu to open your Account Page in a new tab.
    3. Scroll down and click on Delete My Account at the bottom of the page.
    4. Confirm by clicking Yes, Delete in the confirmation window.
    5. Check your email for a Verification Code sent to the email linked to your account.
    6. Enter the Verification Code to verify your identity and proceed with deletion.
    7. Click the red Delete My Account button to finalize the process.

Deleting your account will remove all your data, forms, submissions, and associated assets. You will be logged out and unable to access the account afterward.

Regarding the notification from Norton, please note that Jotform does not handle billing or charges from Norton. You may want to check with Norton directly about that charge.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Cornelia,

I understand you accidentally registered an account and want it deleted, and you are also concerned about unauthorized charges you received a notification for from Norton. I've deleted your Jotform account on your behalf.

Regarding the notification from Norton for over $400, note that Jotform doesn't handle billing or charges related to Norton. We recommend contacting Norton directly to investigate and resolve that charge.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
