Thanks for using Jotform. Are you looking to disable other users from cloning your form? If so, here’s how you can do that:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.
2. Then, click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down to the bottom, and then in the Prevent Cloning section, in the Dropdown menu, select Yes.
