Request for Real-Time Data Lookup from Jotform Submissions

I would like to ask if Jotform supports dynamic data fetching from form submissions (Jotform Tables) to auto-populate fields in another form in real time.

My goal is:

• When a user enters or selects a value (e.g., Client ID),
• The form should automatically fetch existing submission data from Jotform Tables,
• And populate other fields dynamically (without using prefilled URLs or manual spreadsheet uploads).

Currently, I am using Spreadsheet to Form, but it requires manual file updates.

Does Jotform support:

1. Real-time lookup from submissions database?
2. Dynamic field population based on existing entries?
3. Any widget or integration that enables this behavior?

If not, what is the recommended best approach?
