Hi Neil, I can’t send a courier collection slip directly, but if you need a QR code for your Jotform (for the courier to scan), you can generate one easily.

To create a QR code to share your form:

• In Form Builder, click Publish at the top.
• Under the Share Form section, click QR Code.
• Click the Download button to save the QR code and then send that image to your courier.

If you instead need a QR code that points to a URL, website, or file (like a PDF collection slip you already have), you can use this tool: Generate QR Code for URLs, Websites or Files (Doc, PDF etc).

If you want a scannable QR code inside your form (for example, for internal tracking):

• In Form Builder, click Add Element on the left.
• Go to the Widgets tab.
• Search for QR Code and drag it into your form.
