Can you clear your browser's cache and cookies? Then try using a different browser/device or the Incognito/Private mode of the browser when resetting the account password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

If I understood it correctly, you are receiving the link to reset your password, but it is redirecting you to a page showing that the link has expired? If so, most of the time, the reason for this is that it has been requested for a while. Can you make sure that when you request it, you reset it right away?
If that is what you are doing, can you send us a short screen recording of the steps you’re taking? It’ll help us pinpoint the issue. Loom, Google Drive, or Dropbox links all work fine. Also, can you capture the Console Log? Here's a guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.
Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.
