    Hello,

    The submissions hang on “Please wait…” never reaches the Thank You page or redirect for any user, even after switching to the default Thank You page and testing across different networks and browsers.

    This is happening for the following links:

Image-1 Can you clear your browser's cache and cookies, then open the browser on a new browser session and send a test submission there? You can also try using a different browser or device or the Incognito/Private mode, and see if it works. I also suggest Clearing Your Form Caches to refresh the status of your forms. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Settings.
