I would like to use the images that have been uploaded to jotform on my shopify store. Shopify allows me to upload a spreadsheet with image URLs but it doesn't seem to accept jotform's image urls. Is there a permission I need to set or something I need to do so Shopify can see those images?

    Thank you

    Hi Julia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your question about using images uploaded to Jotform on your Shopify store, Shopify may not accept Jotform's image URLs directly due to access permissions or URL compatibility.

Jotform provides different access settings for sharing content, including public, private, and company access. By default, links and images shared from Jotform are set to public access, which means anyone can view them without logging in. However, if the access is set to private or restricted, Shopify might not be able to access those images.

Here’s how to ensure your images are accessible:

    1. Check the access settings of the images or the form/store where the images are hosted. Make sure the access is set to Public so that external platforms like Shopify can view the images without requiring login.
    2. Use direct image URLs that are publicly accessible. Sometimes, URLs generated by Jotform might have restrictions or require authentication, which Shopify cannot bypass.
    3. Test the image URL by opening it in a private/incognito browser window to confirm it loads without requiring login or permissions.

If the images are not publicly accessible, you may need to adjust the sharing settings in Jotform to allow public access or use an alternative image hosting service that provides direct public URLs compatible with Shopify's requirements.

Unfortunately, there is no specific permission setting in Jotform solely for Shopify integration, but ensuring the images are publicly accessible is key.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
