Billing for a Form

    I setup a billing to my square account for the Summer Camp Application and I do not see where the payments. I have checked my square account.

    Where do I need to look to find the payments

    Where to find payments:

    • You can view your subscription payments and transactions directly in Jotform through Jotform Tables or Inbox. Each payment entry will show details including the Transaction ID.
    • For managing subscriptions, including viewing payment activity, you should log in to your Square Dashboard. From there:
      • Go to Payments under All Products.
      • Select Subscriptions to open your subscription page.
      • Click on the customer's name to see their subscription details, payment methods, and payment activity.

    If you do not see payments in your Square account, ensure that the integration is set up correctly and that payments are processed through the connected Square account.
