I am trying to create a business invoice and contract that I can use again and again just change some key information. I need it to be so that I can send it via text or email or both and have the client to sign it and it come back once signed.

    Hi Tonya,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can create a reusable business invoice and contract using Jotform's features that allow you to customize key information for each client. Here's how you can do it:

    1. Create a Form with Invoice Capability:
Use the Product List field in Form Builder to set up your invoice. Enable the Invoice option in the Product List settings to automatically generate PDF invoices for each submission. You can customize the invoice with your business details, logo, and notes. These invoices can be attached automatically to notification or autoresponder emails.

    2. Create a Contract with E-Signature:
Use Jotform Sign to upload your contract document and add fillable fields, including signature fields. You can assign these fields to your clients to sign electronically. Jotform Sign provides legally binding e-signatures compliant with ESIGN and UETA acts.

    3. Sending and Receiving:
You can send the form or contract link via text or email. Once the client fills out the form and signs the contract, you will receive the signed document back. You can track the signing process and download the signed documents from the Sign Inbox.

This setup allows you to reuse the form and contract template while only changing key client information each time. It streamlines sending, signing, and receiving signed contracts and invoices efficiently.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
