    Hi,

We are currently arranging the payment for our subscription, but we need a few additional days to complete the process.

We request a short manual extension to keep the account active while the payment is being finalized.

Please let us know if this can be granted and until what date.

    Thank you,

    Martin Morales

    Hi Martin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your request for a short manual extension to keep your account active while the payment is being finalized, please note that Jotform subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If a payment fails on the renewal date, your subscription status will be set to Overdue, and Jotform will attempt to charge your payment method on file up to 3 more times within 7 days.

If the payment is successfully processed during this period, your subscription will continue without interruption. However, if the payment cannot be completed within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan.

Unfortunately, there is no manual extension option to keep the account active beyond this automatic grace period. You can complete your payment within these 7 days to avoid any service interruption.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
