Application Status Issue: HPMB Idaho Submission Showing as Sent or Deleted

    Regarding your issue with your application to HPMB in Idaho no longer showing up and the message saying it has been sent or deleted, here is what you can do:

    If your application is related to a Jotform App and it appears deleted:

    • Go to your My Workspace.
    • Click on Filter at the top and uncheck all asset types except Apps to show only apps.
    • Click on Trash at the bottom right of the screen.
    • Find the app you want to recover and click Restore.

    Note that deleted apps stay in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.

    If you want to check submissions related to your app:

    • In your Workspace, filter to show only Apps.
    • Hover over the app and click Submissions to view the data.

    If your application is not a Jotform App or this does not resolve your issue, please provide more details or a screenshot of what you see so I can assist you further.

    Hi Michael,

    Did you send a submission on the form that was created by another Jotform user? Or did you create a form? If you sent a submission on your form, you'll have to reach out to the form owner and ask them the status of your submission. If you created a form, I checked your account and can see that it's a Guest account without any forms. Can you tell us which of the two situation are you currently on?

    Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.

    I used the form sent by HPMB in Idaho for a grant application. It saved the first three times then disappeared a few weeks later.

    Take note that Jotform supplies forms to the owners. But we don't have control over the services and the data they collected from the form users. As my teammate mentioned, you'll need to reach them, and they should be the ones to contact us. We need to gather details from them and verify their Jotform account on our end.
