Hello,
I recently tried to log-in to my Jotform account and I was not able to because I have to reset my password after 90 days (which is a bit ridiculous and annoying - why am I constantly having to make new passwords every time I log in to new apps? - it defeats the purpose of having a password). Then, when I go to reset my password, I get an error message saying the link sent to renew my password has expired (see below). It should not be expired because I used it within a minute of getting the email. If you guys are going to make people change their passwords every time they log in, than please make sure the process works. Please advise on what I should do. Thank you.

I have flushed your login attempts. You can try again after 5 minutes. Please note that you may need to clear your browser caches. - Google Chrome - Microsoft Edge - Mozilla Firefox - Safari Also, please note that multiple login is not allowed for standard Jotform accounts.
