Email Notifications: Not Receiving Jotform Submissions

    Hi Team,

    I am having trouble receiving my JotForm submissions by email. They are also not in my junk mail.

    I have been in touch with our hosting company and there are no errors with the performance of our email sending and receiving.

    is there something more that needs to be adjusted on the back end of our JotForm system setup? I've been using JotForm for more than 10 years without this issue.

    I’ve made a few changes to help resolve the problem. Your email address was previously on the block list but has now been removed. According to our logs, the emails were successfully sent. Please check your spam or junk folder. To avoid future issues, consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain. Also, ensure your form's email fields and conditions are set up correctly.
