    Changes to my sign form are not saving.

    1. In Sign Builder, click on the Edit icon at the right corner of the page.
    2. Click on the field you want to edit and then click on the Gear icon.
    3. Make the desired changes in the menu on the right side of the page.
    4. Once you finish editing, click on the Save and Exit button at the top-right corner of the page to save your changes.

    When I click Save and Exit I get an error that says my changes could not be saved.

    I have tried all of that and it is still not saving.

    Hi AmSAT,

    Can you share with us a screenshot of your Browser's Console Log while the error is showing so we can check on it? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
