    Hello,

I have created a product page and a credit card authorization section, but when I preview my form now, that section is not showing up.

    Hi Deborah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with that:

    1. In Form Builder, find your Product List field and click on it.
    2. Then, click on the Credit Card icon to ensure the payment integration is properly set up and enabled.
    3. Check if any conditions or visibility settings might be hiding the credit card section on the live form preview.

    Hi Deborah,

I saw that your credit card section isn't showing when testing your form. I've cloned your form and tested it to see if I can replicate the issue on my end, but it is working properly. Check out the screenshot below:

As you can see, the credit card section is visible on my end. Can you try to clear your form caches? Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Workspace, click on your Avatar icon on the upper right side of the page.
    2. Then, click on Settings in the menu that opens.

    3. After that, click on Clear Cache under the Form Caches section.

Once done, can you view your form again to see if it's going to work?

As soon as we hear back from you, we can work on getting you a solution for this.
