IVmarketingHello, I’m experiencing an issue with my Form Views quota.
My account (username: IVmarketing) shows 102,250 / 100,000 Form Views used, and the account is over limit as of the 9th of the month. However, when I check Form Analytics for my main form (example: https://www.jotform.com/analytics/250266815624458) and other active forms, the total views are only around 65,000, and my GA4 traffic is also below 100,000 for the same period. Because of this, I suspect there might be a miscalculation of Form Views on my account.
Could you please review the Form Views counting for my account and confirm whether the 102,250 figure is correct? I have attached:
- A screenshot of my Usage page showing Form Views 102,250 / 100,000,
- Screenshots of Form Analytics for my main forms,
- A screenshot from Google Analytics 4 for the same date range.

You can easily view form responses and views for different time periods in Form Analytics for each form. Let me show you how you check it:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select Form Analytics.
- Under your form's name, click on This Month, All-time, or Custom to change the time filters.
- Click on Device, Platform, or Location to view more information about the form responder.

I checked and see that you have reached your form views limit, which is different from the monthly submission limit. Your Form Views limit is 100,000, and it is currently at 102,250. I checked your account and it's now showing Form View count of 64,030 / 100,000. I also reactivated your account. Can you try checking your limits again? If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.
