RE: Form "ATS Carrier Packet Form" in my account

Downloading PDFs from a form submission emails is directing recipients to login at Jotform. Can you help me know why this is happening? This was not always happening.

This usually happens when the account setting “Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files” is enabled, which forces recipients to sign in before they can open PDF attachments or uploaded files.

You can turn that off like this:

    • Go to your Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top-right corner.
    • Click Settings to open your Account Settings in a new tab.
    • Go to the Security tab on the left, then click Send Verification Code in the verification prompt.
    • Copy the Verification Code sent to the email address on your account.
    • Enter the code to verify your account changes.
    • Under the Privacy section, uncheck the box for Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files.

Here’s the full guide with more details: https://www.jotform.com/help/673-how-to-unrequire-log-in-to-view-uploaded-files/

If that option is grayed out (for example, due to HIPAA or required security settings), it can’t be disabled, but you can still share data by inviting others to your Tables/Inbox instead: https://www.jotform.com/help/1010-how-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate/

If you’d like, I can also help you double-check whether this is affecting only the PDFs from your “ATS Carrier Packet Form” or all forms in your account.

    That worked. Thank you!
