Podo: Support SpecialistYou can revert to the old behavior by disabling the “Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files” setting in your account.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top-right corner.
- In the menu, click Settings to open your Account Settings page in a new tab.
- Go to the Security tab on the left, then click Send Verification Code in the verification prompt.
- Copy the verification code sent to the email address linked to your account.
- Enter the code to verify that you’re making changes to your account (you may or may not need to click the green Verify button after entering the code).
- Under the Privacy section, uncheck the box next to Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files.
You can also review this guide for more details: https://www.jotform.com/help/673-how-to-unrequire-log-in-to-view-uploaded-files/
If that option is grayed out or cannot be disabled, it means your account is under mandatory security rules (for example, HIPAA or KYC verification), and in that case it cannot be turned off; as a workaround, you can still share uploads by sharing or inviting people to your Tables/Inbox: https://www.jotform.com/help/1010-how-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate/
If you’d like, tell me if the checkbox is available or grayed out on your side, and I can help you with the next steps.
