Jotform Sign: Prefilling First before Sending to the User

I have a rental business. How do I make fields that I (as the owner) have to change (dates, costs, etc.) each time before the client has to sign? I made the fields orange (me as signer). Do I have to email them to myself first to add that info or is there a way for me to do that and not have to email them to myself before the client gets the form to sign? Thanks!

If you're using Jotform Sign with multiple signers, then yes, you'll have to send the sign document to yourself first, and then once you submit the document, it will be sent to the next signer. You can set the signing order for your Jotform Sign Document. Let me show you how:

1. Open your document in Sign Builder, and then click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Then, toggle on the Signing Order feature.
3. Click and hold the Six Dots icon, then drag them in the order you want.
4. Now, click on Send to Sign, and you're done.
